We visited Niagara Falls this morning, and wow — what a powerful sight!
Standing there, watching millions of gallons of water crashing down every minute, I was reminded of something profound:
Love, like water, can be powerful and overwhelming… or calm and refreshing — depending on how we channel it.
Some couples let frustrations, unmet expectations, or past hurts build up like pressure behind a dam… until it bursts.
But love isn’t meant to be bottled up or withheld.
Love is meant to flow — even when things don’t go as planned… even when your spouse doesn’t quite “get it”… even when you’re tired.
That’s why I encourage you to keep planting love seeds — little actions that refresh your spouse’s heart. A kind word. A gentle touch. A listening ear. A joyful spirit. These things matter more than you realize.
Keep the love flowing.
Blessings,
Ade
