Gift examples…

Some people freeze when I encourage them to give gifts because they believe they don’t know how!

Here are a few tips and examples to get you started.

1) Give gifts often so that you can get away with giving bad gifts.

2) You cannot give great gifts 100% of the time. So don’t sweat it.

3) Start by thinking about what your spouse would like. NOT what you like.

Here are some examples to get the ball rolling.

1) Underwears always work both ways. They don’t have to be perfect.

2) A snack that your spouse enjoys.

3) A handwritten note.

4) A funny mug or t-shirt

5) A single rose flower for those who like them

6) A meal that they enjoy. (Buy it on your way home).

7) Any other thing that crosses your mind to get for them while you are out.

The last one is very important because that’s what gifts are all about. They say “I think of you when I am away from you“.

Take note, however, that unless you have taken care of other areas of difficulties in your heart and your connection, a gift can be interpreted as a bribe.
