In high school, I learned that wisdom is the application of knowledge. But over time, I’ve come to realize that wisdom is much more than that.
Wisdom is listening to and obeying the Holy Spirit.
For the sake of definition, I now see wisdom as this:
Wisdom is consistently doing the right thing at the right time, while recognizing how much you still have to learn.
This understanding keeps you in a posture of humility, always seeking to grow and surrounding yourself with mentors.
Blessed is the man who listens to me [wisdom], Watching daily at my gates, Waiting at the posts of my doors. Prov 8:34
Blessings,
-Ade
